Due to their construction, the luminaires are destined for clean rooms of even the highest category (operating theaters, ICUs, production of medicines), ie for rooms with high safety requirements. Thanks to the matt glass surface, the luminaires can also be used in areas where LASER is used.
The basic body of the luminaire is made of steel sheet metal. 0.5 mm and white powder paint resistant to disinfectant and cleaning agents. Luminaires are mounted on a solid ceiling. It can be mounted directly on usual inflammable surfaces.
The optical cover made of frosted toughened safety glass with a microprismatic diffuser to reduce glare is attached to the luminaire by means of an aluminum frame held by bayonet locks. This cover is further fixed to the luminaire using safety steel cables.
If the luminaire is dimmable, it is dimmable by DALI digital system.
If it is equipped with an autonomous emergency module it is 3W/1h (225 lm).
Luminaire is equipped with high quality LEDs Samsung powered by drivers only from renowned manufacturers such as Helvar, Tridonic, OSRAM, TCI. The light source and ballast in this luminaire may only be replaced by the manufacturer or his contracted service technician or similarly qualified person.
We have been producing luminaires for clean rooms for more than 15 years and hundreds of projects have been done. Under our lights, lives are saved in the operating theaters and medicaments are produced in clean rooms. Luminaires are also used in electronics production.
